4. Ordering Process
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
 
5. Pricing and Payment
•    All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
•    We accept all payment methods through Paymob, including credit cards, debit cards, and mobile wallets.
•    Payment must be completed before the order is processed and shipped.
 
6. Shipping and Delivery
•    We offer free shipping to Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria.
•    For other areas within Egypt, a shipping fee of 50 EGP will be applied.
•    Delivery times are as follows: 
o    Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria: 1-3 working days
o    Other Areas: 3-5 working days
•    You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
 
7. Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
•    You must submit a return/exchange request within 3 days of receiving your order.
•    The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
•    A return fee of 230 LE will be deducted from your refund.
•    Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Process:
•    Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
•    Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
 
8. Cancellation Policy
•    You may cancel your order before it is shipped without any cancellation fee.
•    Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
 
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of The Carpets Co. and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.
 
10. Limitation of Liability
