Exchange & Refund Policy

At The Carpets Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request an exchange or refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange & Refund

  • Products must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • A return/exchange request form must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Submit the return/exchange request form within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund.

Return Fees

A return fee of 230 LE will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Options

  • You may exchange your product for another item of equal or lesser value.
  • If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.
